Performance of expert assessments, documentation, obtaining permits and decisions, reconstruction of the support structure for the VMS variable message sign and the CCTV camera, with a structure, connection, in the tunnel system in Świnoujście „design The subject matter of the contract is of a restorative and repair nature and includes restoring the functionality of a damaged element of the existing tunnel infrastructure, without expanding the existing system. It consists of 3 stages, which include: Stage I — preparation of an expert assessment of the foundations and development of new design documentation. Stage II — obtaining all necessary permits, arrangements and decisions, including a building permit, preparation of a temporary traffic organisation, as well as carrying out construction and assembly works including: • a support structure on which the variable message sign (VMS) will be mounted, • a VMS sign, • a pan-tilt CCTV camera which forms part of the tunnel monitoring system, • for the duration of the works, implementation of a temporary traffic organisation.
