TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of an ecological, reusable NON WOVEN bag intended for promotional activities, for distribution among Honorary Blood Donors, with the logo including, in particular, the logo of the nationwide social campaign entitled “Twoja krew, moje życie” with the website address www.twojakrew.pl, the logo of the Ministry of Health, and the logo of the National Blood Center, in a quantity of 10,000 pcs, in accordance with all requirements and conditions for contract performance specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ), which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase, however by no more than 20% of the total quantity of each part of the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority is entitled but not obliged to exercise the right to apply the option consisting in reducing the quantity of the assortment covered by the subject matter of the contract under the terms and in the manner described in § 11 of the PPU. 3.
