TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the production, delivery and installation of stage scenery elements for the play titled “The Great Gatsby”, in accordance with the stage scenery documentation and the technical requirements of the Contracting Authority. The contract also includes the preparation of as-built documentation for the delivered decoration. The scope of the contract includes the production of at least the following elements: backdrops, beds, desks, counters, decorative furniture, scenery elements in the stage window, intended for rigging, lifting and lowering, paldamentów, the proscenium arch, as well as other necessary stage scenery elements. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to produce the elements in accordance with the stage scenery documentation, deliver them to the Teatr Muzyczny ROMA (Musical Theatre ROMA), unload, install, and carry out the necessary technical and functional tests. Warranty The Contractor shall provide at least a 24-month warranty for the produced stage scenery elements, calculated from the date of their acceptance.
