The subject of the contract is: Execution of the second section of the sanitary sewage system for buildings at Niedziałkowskiego Street 4-6. The scope of the contract includes: 1) The subject of the contract covers the performance of construction works based on the design documentation provided to the Contractor, the bill of quantities, the cost estimate prepared by the Contractor, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), and the relevant provisions of law. 2) Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to carry out sewage works on the section from point 2 to point 3 and point 4 together with connections to the buildings at Niedziałkowskiego 4 and 6 (shown on the map in the project). As part of the contract, the liquidation of existing septic tanks at these buildings is provided for. 3) The Contractor undertakes to carry out all construction works described in the above design documentation, STWiORB, bill of quantities, including construction works necessary to carry out the subject of the contract.…
