TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1 - Performance of antenna installations for the TETRA radiocommunication system at the operator’s site CELLNEX RAC7002B Racibórz. The subject of the contract is the performance of antenna installations for a TETRA radiocommunication system base station at the operator’s site CELLNEX RAC7002B Racibórz. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No 3.1 to the SWZ, i.e. the technical specification for performance and acceptance of works, and in 3.1.1 to the SWZ, i.e. the technical design, bill of quantities, where the bill of quantities is auxiliary for calculating the contract price. The appendices describe the Employer’s minimum requirements. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as being inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The Employer requires the Contractor, for the subject matter of the contract, to provide minimum warranty, i.e. 24 months counting from the date of the protocol of acceptance.
