TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Execution of a photovoltaic installation on the roofs of the buildings of the Social Welfare Home in Pigża” 1. The subject of the contract includes the execution, in the “design and build” formula, of a complete photovoltaic installation on the roofs of the buildings of the Social Welfare Home, with an installed capacity of 49.5 kWp, provided that the installed capacity of the installation may not exceed 50 kWp, together with an energy storage system with a capacity of up to 30 kWh (min 28 kWh) and power of 10 kW, with the required parameters specified in the PFU, a dynamic reactive power compensator, a monitoring system, a protection system against parallel operation of the photovoltaic installation and the power generator set, the necessary equipment, installations and protections, as well as preparation of design documentation, the required arrangements, notifications, tests, measurements, commissioning, configuration, training of the Contracting Authority’s employees and employees of the Social Welfare Home in Pigża, and handover of complete acceptance (reception) documentation — in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and the PFU. 2.
