TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of air-conditioning installation in the District Prosecutor’s Office building in Skarżysko-Kamienna under the “design and build” formula 1. The subject matter of the contract is construction works consisting in the execution of air conditioning in the District Prosecutor’s Office building in Skarżysko-Kamienna at ul. Sikorskiego 20 under the “design and build” formula. 2. The detailed scope of the contract includes: 1) preparation of complete technical documentation for the contract, 2) supply and installation of 23 indoor units, 3) supply and installation of outdoor units (condensing units), 4) execution of the electrical power supply installation, 5) execution of the installation supplying the refrigerant, 6) execution of the condensate drain (drip/condensate) installations. 3. The subject matter of the contract has been specified in detail in: - the Draft Agreement (Project of the Agreement) – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, - the Functional-Utility Programme – Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
