Warranty and performance bond: The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for a period of min. 36 months for the subject of the contract excluding systems and equipment covered by the subject of the contract for which the manufacturer provides the warranty. In the case of systems and equipment covered by the subject of the contract, the warranty period shall apply in accordance with the warranty terms of the manufacturer, however not shorter than 36 months.
