Installation of air conditioning in the rooms of the Town Hall building The subject of the procedure is the installation of an air-conditioning system for designated rooms in the Town Hall building in Opole in a cooling layout VRF with a heat pump. The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation entitled “Installing an air-conditioning system for the rooms of the Town Hall building in Opole”. The works have been divided into 4 stages, of which: Stage I and II are to be completed by 30 November 2026, whereas STAGES III and IV expire no later than 330 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. I STAGE: Renovation of the supply to the main switchboard, provision of primary and backup supply adapted to increase the power of supply, and supply from a generating set.
