4.1. The subject matter of the contract covered by this procedure is the preparation of an architectural-and-building concept and multi-discipline design-and-cost documentation together with obtaining a building permit and providing author’s supervision for the investment task entitled: “Preparation of comprehensive multi-discipline design-and-cost documentation concerning the Renovation of the District Court building in Przemyśl together with the provision of author’s supervision.”. 4.2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) Preparation of an architectural-and-building concept, 2) Preparation of multi-discipline design-and-cost documentation together with filing, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the Contracting Authority, a complete application for the issuance of a building permit decision, including, inter alia: a) obtaining a map for design purposes to the extent necessary to develop complete design documentation, b) obtaining an extract and an excerpt from the local land development plan, c) obtaining the necessary technical conditions from network operators, d) obtaining all necessary arrangements,…
