TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the execution of an internal gas installation in the building of the Public Primary School in Zakrzew, Branch School in Mleczkowo, as part of the task: “Modernisation of boiler room equipment in the PSP building in Mleczkowo”. 2) Within the implementation of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: a) carry out dismantling works of equipment and other elements in the existing oil-fired boiler room, b) carry out the internal gas installation, c) purchase and install a gas boiler with a closed combustion chamber o d) carry out labelling of all pipes and other installation elements, e) carry out the required tests and examinations of equipment and installation elements and confirm, by protocols qualifying for installation or acceptance, of the given equipment or installation, f) submit, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, an application for registration of gas boilers with the Technical Inspection Office, g) participate in the acceptance of gas boilers, h) commissioning and start-up of the equipment, i) carry out any other actions necessary for the proper functioning of the gas installation, j) prepare and hand…
