TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract includes performance of the contract entitled: “Carrying out monitoring of selected conservation objects of the Natura 2000 area: Jaroszowiec PLH120006 (8310 Caves not open to the public, 1324 Greater horseshoe bat)”. 2. The details of the scope of the subject matter are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the employees directed by the Contractor or subcontractor to perform activities falling within the scope of the subject matter, consisting in carrying out monitoring, be employed on the basis of an employment relationship. The above does not apply to situations where the Contractor performs the contract independently or through a person employed on the basis of a civil-law contract, other than an employment relationship. 1.
