Performance of construction works for the Ordering Party along with equipment and obtaining a permit for use of the facility “Center for Pediatric Physiotherapy and Oncology in K-cach-Ligocie, ul. Medyków 10(...) 1. The subject of this procedure is the performance for the Ordering Party of construction works together with equipment and obtaining a permit for use of the facility “Center for Pediatric Physiotherapy and Oncology in Katowice-Ligota, ul. Medyków 10 in Katowice-Ligota” as part of the task “Center for Pediatric Physiotherapy and Oncology in Katowice-Ligota.” The scope of the task includes: 1) preparation of technical-executive design documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities, STWiOR for: - photovoltaic panels installed on the roof along with the calculation and possible redesign of the roof structure; - BMS installations; 2) performance of construction works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and equipment. 2.
