TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance of repairs and maintenance works in buildings, premises and areas together with emergency service in the electrical trade in the resources administered by ZGN in the Włochy District of the Capital City of Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is "Performance of repairs and maintenance works in buildings, premises and areas together with emergency service in the electrical trade in the resources administered by ZGN in the Włochy District of the Capital City of Warsaw". 2. The contract includes performance of works: • carrying out bricklaying and plastering works after installation works have been carried out; • disposal of construction waste in accordance with applicable regulations; • cooperation with services—utilities suppliers—in order to ensure the proper operation of installations in buildings; • temporary and accompanying works and other necessary works to remove a breakdown or carry out a repair.
