TENDER DESCRIPTION
Carrying out compensatory tree plantings within the city of Olsztyn The subject of the contract is the purchase of technically mature plants, their delivery, planting along with staking and three years of care starting from the day of signing the defect-free acceptance protocol. In the basic part of the contract, the planting of 143 trees of deciduous and coniferous species within the city of Olsztyn is provided for. Under the option right, the planting of 78 trees of deciduous species within the city of Olsztyn is provided for. The basis for exercising the option right will be the Purchaser’s declaration of intent expressed in writing. The provisions of the contract concerning the performance of the basic contract will apply to the option right.
