Execution of a New Roof Covering for the Gymnasium Building of the Technical Schools Complex named after the Polish Nobel Prize Laureates in Trzcianka The subject of the contract is the installation of a new roof covering with trapezoidal sheet metal on the gymnasium building of the Technical Schools Complex named after the Polish Nobel Prize Laureates in Trzcianka (the gymnasium building is located at ul. Chopina 5 in Trzcianka) within a scope that enables use in accordance with its intended purpose, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The scope of works includes in particular: providing a new roof covering with trapezoidal sheet metal together with performing, replacing damaged elements of the roof truss structure, making new sheet-metal flashings, and replacing the roof drainage system. The purpose of the investment is: to remove roof leaks, to protect the building structure from dampness, to improve user safety, to extend the service life of the building, to improve the aesthetics of the facility, and to meet the requirements resulting from the provisions of the Construction Law (ustawa Prawo budowlane).
