TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is: execution of a section of under-wall sidewalk (podścianowego) plot no. 10/II/385 and cutbacks/side connections (przecinki) plot no. 10/II/385 in the Bogdanka area (construction works). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Part III of the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 3. This contract is a sectoral contract within the meaning of Article 7 point 35) of the Pzp Act. 1.
