TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of three appraisal reports defining the market value of three residential premises in municipal buildings, with the breakdown of the value of the share in land ownership in the plot under the building and land in the plot(s) adjoining to the building, or the share in land ownership in the plot under the building and the share in land granted for perpetual usufruct in the plot(s) adjoining to the building. The appraisal shall also include outlays incurred on the residential premises, provided that the residential tenant obtains written consent from Miejskiego Zarządu Budynków Sp. z o.o. in Tarnów for the tenant to incur them. Three energy performance certificates for the residential premises must also be prepared. The Contractor is required to specify the value of the right related to ownership of the residential premises and the value of the land developed with a residential building and the plot(s) adjoining to the building on which the appraised premises are located.
