TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of a folding automatic umbrella with the logo of the nationwide social campaign “Twoja krew, moje życie” and the website address www.twojakrew.pl, the logo of the Ministry of Health, the logo of the National Blood Centre, the slogan: “Łączy nas krew, która ratuje życie. Bo tętni w nas dobro”, in a quantity of 4,350 units, in accordance with all the requirements and conditions for performance of the contract specified in the Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ), which constitutes an attachment to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase, however by no more than 20% of the contract subject matter. The Contracting Authority is entitled, but not obliged, to exercise the right to apply an option consisting in reducing the quantity of the assortment covered by the contract subject matter on the terms and in the procedure described in § 11 of the PPU. 3.
