TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the installation of festive lighting, using decorative elements supplied by the Contractor, along streets and squares located in the centre of Rzeszów, in the quantity of 613 pieces of decorations, under the basic contract. The contract includes mounting the elements together with connecting them to power supply points at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, inspection detours during lighting hours, maintaining the decorations in working order for the duration of the contract, and dismantling after completion of the task. The location and patterns of the decorations are provided in the appendix entitled “Specyfikacja dekoracji świątecznych 2026/2027 – zakres podstawowy” (Specification of festive decorations 2026/2027 – basic scope), which constitutes an appendix to the drafted provisions of the contract. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority, under the option right, provides for the possibility to increase the quantity of decorations to be installed, on the terms described in § 2 of the drafted provisions of the contract.
