TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract is the performance of Contract 1 in the “design-build” formula, i.e. comprehensive execution of drilling and geological works (drilling, casing/lining, cementing, equipment installation) for the Kutno GT-1 and Kutno GT-2 boreholes on the basis of Geological Works Projects (PRG) and STWiORB provided by the Contracting Authority, as well as preparation of a Site Operation Plan for the Facility performing Geological Works, mobilization and demobilization of the drilling equipment together with the related infrastructure, conducting hydrogeological tests, and full demobilization of the base and drilling rig and final site land rehabilitation upon completion of the works. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into the Guaranteed Scope and the Optional Scope and will be carried out in stages, in accordance with the scope of work and technological breakdown set out in detail in Section 1.1 of the STWiORB and in § 1(5) of the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU – Part II of the SWZ).
