Construction of an experiential park on the premises of Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 in Zamość 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of an experiential park on the premises of Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 in Zamość (hereinafter also referred to as “the Investment”). 2. The Investment is carried out under an investment task included in the budget of the City of Zamość for 2026, entitled: “Experiential Park at Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 in Zamość – Citizen Budget”. 3. The scope of the contract includes the construction of an experiential park on the premises of Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 at Wyszyńskiego 32 Street in Zamość, including, inter alia: 1) Demolition works, earthworks and preparatory works, 2) Removal of shrubs, 3) Construction of edging and surfacing, 4) Construction of small architecture elements and equipment of the experiential park: a) metal seesaw “stork nest” double, b) XL wall for painting with an educational platform, c) ball-courts – double-sided, d) playhouse rooms, e) mud kitchen, f) 3x3 m concrete sandbox with a mini sand factory, with sand infill and a roof covering, g) willow…
