Renovation of window and door joinery, renovation of the plinth, and renovation of plaster at the Pałac Blanka, 14 Senatorska Street, Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out renovation works of window and door joinery. Scope of work for window joinery includes renovation of external sashes together with renovation of window frames and renovation of external door panels. The number of window openings is approx. 165 units of various sizes and several pairs of doors. As per the attached bill of quantities. In addition, the subject of the contract includes carrying out comprehensive renovation works of the plinth, together with accompanying renovation and construction works consisting in performing partial uncovering of the walls in order to carry out the necessary vertical and horizontal insulation after renovation of the plinth to ensure proper preservation of the plinth.
