„Performance of works related to improving the quality of the EGiB database data by eliminating discrepancies in the area of cadastral plots of record between the descriptive part and the graphical part (...) 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of works aimed at improving the quality of the EGiB database data by eliminating discrepancies in the area of cadastral plots of record between the descriptive part and the graphical part for the city of Gniew, the city of Pelplin, the Subkowy commune and the Morzeszczyn commune. 2. The subject of the contract includes works described in detail in the document entitled Technical Conditions, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. Before signing the contract for the award of a public contract, the Contractor will be required to submit a declaration regarding compliance with requirements concerning the protection of personal data, in accordance with the template—Annex No. 8 to the SWZ—Declaration on compliance with requirements for processing personal data.
