Performance of the construction design and obtaining a building permit for the investment: “Construction of multi-family buildings with technical infrastructure and site development at ul. Zielona in Strumień” The subject of the contract is to prepare a complete, coordinated, mutually consistent and compliant with the regulations design documentation, including all studies, analyses, opinions, arrangements, administrative decisions, checks, calculations, balance sheets, engineering solutions and other materials necessary for proper design, obtaining a final decision on a building permit, conducting a procurement procedure for public works and implementing the investment. This obligation also applies to elements not explicitly listed in the OPZ, if their performance results from the applicable regulations, technical knowledge, guidelines of network operators, administrative authorities or adopted design solutions. The contractor shall not be entitled to additional remuneration for the preparation of such studies.
