1. The subject matter of the contract is to carry out construction-design and executive design documentation and construction-assembly works for the task: “Connection to the electricity network of a publicly available vehicle charging station at plot 27/1, cadastral district 8, Domanin”, consisting in particular of: 1.1. Stage I – preparation of construction-design and executive design documentation, with all legally required opinions, arrangements, and decisions, together with obtaining legal titles to real estate properties necessary to carry out the task on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme (hereinafter referred to as “FUP”) and the supplementary information to the FUP (the FUP and the supplementary information to the FUP hereinafter collectively referred to as the “functional and utility programme” or “FUP”), 1.2.
