TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design development and construction of flats on ul. Brzozowicka (currently on Złota Street - due to the construction of a new road) in Będzin - for STAGE 2 Task IIA, on plot no. 1364/11 in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in this SWZ, the Local Spatial Development Plan, and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Task IIA will be divided into the following 2 phases: PHASE 1 - preparation of executive design documentation for the buildings for Task IIA (bldgs. II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2) and construction-executive documentation in respect of connections and utilities for Task IIA, PHASE 2 - construction works in respect of the buildings for Task IIA (bldgs. II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2), development, connections and utilities within the scope necessary to obtain a permit for use for bldgs. II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2, obtaining decisions on a permit for use for bldgs. II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2.
