TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of the development plan for Szczęsliwicki Park in the Wola District together with maintenance of plantings. 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of the development plan for Szczęsliwicki Park in the Wola District together with the maintenance of plantings. The task is carried out as part of the citizens’ budget project: BO 1321: Zielona pętla Szczęsliwice. The scope of work includes in particular: • Stage I: preparation of a development plan for the area – including in particular replacement of paving on park paths, maintenance of existing greenery, design of plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials, and installation of small architecture, hereinafter referred to as “Projects”; • Stage II: performance of work in accordance with the design prepared as part of Stage I, hereinafter referred to as “work/works”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in:  the Description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which is also Appendix No. 2 to the contract),  the Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).
