TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the reconstruction of the municipal road in the town of Tychówko. The subject of the construction project is the reconstruction of a road of KR-1 category in the town of Tychówko on plots no.: 46/2, 5 precinct Tychówko, Połczyn-Zdrój Municipality. Construction works involving the demolition of the existing surface, followed by the construction of the carriageway, sidewalk, and parking spaces made of concrete paving blocks with edging using concrete curbs will be carried out within the road lane boundaries. As part of the road reconstruction, a stormwater drainage system will be constructed. Currently, the road has an existing surface made of concrete and concrete slabs. The roadway width is approx. 3.0 – 3.5 m. The existing surface has numerous defects and transverse and longitudinal unevenness causing water pooling as well as difficulties for pedestrians and vehicles. The road does not have designated pedestrian routes. Pedestrian traffic takes place along dirt shoulders. A bus stop is located along the road.
