completion of adjustments to the central heating (c.o.) and domestic hot and cold water (c.c.w.) installation in a residential building at Krzyżanowskiego 48 Street in Warsaw, 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out adjustments to the central heating (c.o.) and domestic hot and cold water (c.c.w.) installation in a residential building at Krzyżanowskiego 48 Street in Warsaw. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract according to the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject of the contract include sanitary works that must be carried out in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bill of quantities and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of the works, which are attachments to the SWZ. In order to properly prepare the offer, it is recommended that, at the Contractor’s own expense, a site inspection be carried out where the subject of the contract is to be implemented and that (at its own responsibility and risk) any information that may be important for preparing the offer be obtained.
