TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out repairs of balconies on multi-family residential buildings at ul. Herberta 1 m 12, 37, 48, 60, 62 and 72 and ul. Herberta 3 m 29 in Częstochowa.2. The scope of performance covered by the subject of the contract is specified in the bill of quantities – Appendix 7.1 and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) – Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The Contractor, in the tender price, must take into account all costs necessary to carry out the contract, arising directly from the SWZ, as well as those not included therein, and without which the contract cannot be performed. ATTENTION!The bills of quantities constituting appendices to this SWZ are only auxiliary material for the Contractor in determining the price/ lump-sum prices. The quantities and descriptions of individual items in the bills of quantities should not be treated as final and defining requirements for the given works.
