Execution of the renovation of a residential premises (vacant unit) No. 8 in the building at ul. Śniardwy 8 in Warsaw in the construction, sanitary and electrical industry quoted from the SWZ: "5.1. The subject of the contract is to carry out the renovation of a residential premises (vacant unit) No. 8 in the building at ul. Śniardwy 8 in Warsaw in the construction, sanitary and electrical industry. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been set out in the ‘Description of the subject of the contract’ (Section IV of the SWZ) and in the bill of quantities for construction works (Section V of the SWZ). The Contractor shall include in the tender price all indirect and direct costs, including, among others, the costs of facilities and site organization. All permanent works subject to acceptance and payment have been included in the bills of quantities. Ancillary works resulting from the construction technology described in the STWiORB and the Contractor should include them in the tender price. 5.2.
