“Carrying out the renovation of the asphalt pavement on Generała Kazimierza Pułaskiego Street along Voivodeship Road No 662 from the roundabout of the Suwałki Armoured Cavalry Brigade to the administrative boundaries of the City of Suwałki” 1. The subject matter of the contract is to carry out the renovation of the asphalt pavement on Generała Kazimierza Pułaskiego Street along Voivodeship Road No 662 within the administrative boundaries of the City of Suwałki. 2. The detailed scope of works includes carrying out the renovation of the asphalt pavement on Generała Kazimierza Pułaskiego Street along Voivodeship Road No 662 from the roundabout of the Suwałki Armoured Cavalry Brigade to the administrative boundaries of the City of Suwałki. 3. The detailed scope of works has been specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ (Price Form). 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the Contractor’s obligations has been specified in Appendix No 5 – Detailed Technical Specification (hereinafter “SST”), in Appendix No 10 to the SWZ – Contract template, in Appendix No 11 to the SWZ, in Appendix No 12 to the SWZ and in Appendix No 13 to the SWZ.
