TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performing the renovation of the roof covering with the renovation of chimneys on a residential building at Dobosza 8 Street in Warsaw 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a renovation of the roof covering together with the renovation of chimneys on a multi-family residential building at Dobosza 8 Street in Warsaw, which includes: a) demolition works, b) renovation works, c) insulation works. 2. The Contractor of the works is responsible for the quality of their execution and for their compliance with the bill of quantities, the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of the works, and with the instructions of the Site Inspector. 3. The detailed scope of renovation works is set out in the bill of quantities, constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. 4. The contract includes all activities related to the delivery of materials and the execution of the works covered by the contract, as well as all other activities not explicitly listed which are necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract.
