TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of the renovation of roof covering cladding, divided into 2 tasks:Task 1 - Galeria Jan in Jankowice, 4.3.1. Task 1 – Roof area to be covered with roofing felt: 600 m2.4.3.3. Description of works for both tasks: 4.3.4. Preparatory and securing works:  securing the area of the works, including dangerous zones,  installing protective measures and, if necessary, temporary canopies,  dismantling existing roof elements intended for replacement,  securing building elements not covered by the renovation,  removal and disposal of demolition materials in accordance with regulations. 4.3.5. Dismantling works:  dismantling the roof covering,  dismantling lightning protection system elements (if subject to replacement),  removal of damaged structural elements (within the scope necessary for performance of the task),4.3.6. Structural and repair works:  repairing the substrate,  making new sloping layers,  filling in defects in the structure. 4.3.7. Execution of roof covering:  making underlayment layers,  making new roof covering (in accordance with the documentation),  sealing installation passages.4.3.8.
