Execution of construction works for the task entitled “Old Town Breaks Away from Concrete” – Citizens’ Budget, edition XI. a) The subject of the public contract is a construction work consisting in carrying out construction works for the task entitled “Old Town Breaks Away from Concrete” – Citizens’ Budget, edition XI.b) The Contracting Authority described the subject matter of the contract using the following documents: - draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ - technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ - design documentation, constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ - bill of quantities, constituting Appendix No 10 to the SWZc) In the event that, in any of the appendices to the SWZ, the names of manufacturers, trade marks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems are indicated, the products may be replaced with equivalent ones. For equivalent solutions, the Contracting Authority shall consider such solutions which make it possible to achieve the effect assumed by the Contracting Authority by means of other technical solutions.…
