TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of the renovation of 5 staircases in the building at 10 Franciszkańska Street in Suwałki. 2. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the Terms of Reference. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC). Additionally, the Contracting Authority provides bills of quantities as an auxiliary document. 4. The bills of quantities are solely an auxiliary and informational document which the Contractor may use when preparing the offer, but they do not constitute a basis for determining the full range of works. 5. All works must be carried out in accordance with the DSC and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 6.
