TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the renovation of the staircase in the building at ul. Utrata 3 in Suwałki, owned by the Municipality of the City of Suwałki. 2. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the ToR. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC). Additionally, the Contracting Authority provides the bills of quantities as an auxiliary document. 4. The bills of quantities constitute exclusively an auxiliary and informational document which the Contractor may use when preparing the offer, but they do not constitute the basis for determining the full scope of works. 5. All works must be carried out in accordance with the DSC and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 6. The required warranty and guarantee period counted from the date of the final protocol acceptance of the works: minimum 48 months, maximum 60 months. 7.
