TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the renovation (within the meaning of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 – Journal of Laws (Dz.U.) 1994 No. 89 item 414, as amended) of residential premises that are part of the resources of the Regional Branch of the Military Housing Agency (AMW) in Warsaw; the contract has been divided into 11 parts: 2. The Contracting Authority requires the grant of a 36-month warranty for the subject matter of the contract — the period of liability for defects is equal to the warranty period. 3. The detailed scope of the works is set out in the annex in the form of a description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (respectively for the part of the contract), and the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of the works constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 1.
