Execution of construction works involving the renovation of X-ray rooms in building No 10 located on the premises of the Police Canine Training Facility in Sułkowice 1. The subject matter of the contract is construction works involving the renovation of X-ray rooms in building No 10 located on the premises of the Police Canine Training Facility in Sułkowice. 2. The full scope of the works is set out in the Functional and Utility Programme, which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. Symbol according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45000000-7 – construction works, 4531000093 – electrical installation works. 4. All installed equipment and construction products must have appropriate approvals or certificates. 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in the Material Provisions of the Contract, constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. 6.
