TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the fit-out/reconfiguration of rooms in the Business Park Nad Drwiną facility in Kraków, the expansion to include an external stairwell and lift, and the construction of a car park for the needs of the Lessee. The purpose of the expansion and conversion is to create office and conference space together with residential, social and sanitary facilities support, as well as a storage area. The plots on which the investment is planned are identified by numbers 474/8 and 474/4, cadastral district 105, cadastral unit Kraków-Podgórze. They are located in Kraków at ul. Nad Drwiną 10. They are owned by Małopolska Regional Development Agency S.A. in Kraków. The plots have access to a public road—on the northern side, ul. Nad Drwiną. Buildings B 1.1; B 1.2 and B 1.3 are located within the Business Park Nad Drwiną complex on plot 474/8, cadastral district 105, cadastral unit Kraków-Podgórze.
