TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the thermal modernisation and conversion of a building together with the technical infrastructure of the Catering Schools Complex at ul. Toruńska 174 in Bydgoszcz. The subject of the contract has been described in the design documentation (the list of documents comprising the design documentation is included in the attachment entitled “Wykaz dokumentacji”) and in the attachment entitled “Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total price stated in the Contractor’s offer. II. CERTIFICATES. The evidence in documentary form (substantive means of evidence) indicated in Section X may be replaced by a valid certificate of the public procurement Contractor referred to in Article 124(2) of the PPL, exclusively to the extent to which the certificate confirms the absence of grounds for exclusion or compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure (if the conditions were specified in the procedure) to an extent corresponding to the requirements specified in the SWZ.
