TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the thermal modernisation and alteration of a building together with the technical infrastructure of the Catering Schools Complex at ul. Toruńska 174 in Bydgoszcz. The subject of the contract has been described in the project documentation (a list of the documents comprising the project documentation is included in the attachment titled “List of documentation”) and in the attachment titled “Description of the subject of the contract”. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total price provided in the Contractor’s tender. II. CERTIFICATES.
