TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving thermal modernisation together with the refurbishment of the former Adult Schools Complex building at Wiślana 27 for the Municipal Police. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes documentation which, together with the schedule of quantities, is an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp). Any similar contracts: 1) will include an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject matter of the contract. In the case at hand, this will relate to the performance of works connected with the refurbishment of rooms together with finishing works, replacement of window and door joinery, expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, teletechnical, water and sewage, central heating, c.t., ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrant systems), and external road works. 2) conclusion of the contract will be preceded by an appropriate invitation to…
