TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving thermal modernization together with the reconstruction of the former School Complex for Adults building at Wiślana 27 Street for the needs of the Municipal Police. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes the documentation which, together with the schedule of quantities, is attached to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority intends to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the uPzp. Possible similar contracts: 1) will include an expanded scope of works specified in the project documentation and not specified in the project documentation, but consistent with the subject of the contract.
