TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works involving thermal modernization together with the reconstruction of the Przedszkole No. 34 building at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp). Any possible similar contracts: 1) will cover an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject matter of the contract.
