TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving thermal modernisation along with the rebuilding of the Kindergarten No. 34 building at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp). Any similar contracts: 1) will involve an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject of the contract.
