TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving thermal modernization along with the rebuilding of the Kindergarten No. 34 building at 11 Dmowskiego Street in Bydgoszcz. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp). Possible similar contracts: 1) will cover an increased scope of works specified in the design documentation and not specified in the design documentation, but consistent with the subject of the contract. In the present case, this will relate to the performance of works connected with the rebuilding of rooms together with finishing works, the replacement of window and door joinery, the expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, teletechnical, water and sewage, c.o.
