“Execution of construction works (refurbishment) of the basement for the purpose of preparing resources to ensure the functionality of an urgent shelter place at the Vocational Education Centre in Sieradz”. 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in carrying out the adaptation/redevelopment of a part of the technical and utility facilities of a dormitory building located within the premises of the facility – the Vocational Education Centre in Sieradz at ul. Polna 26, City of Sieradz, on plot no. 152/1, cadastral district 0017. 2. The property has been classified in category IX – culture, science and education buildings (dormitory). 3. The purpose of the redevelopment is the adaptation of part of the facility to perform the tasks of an urgent shelter place.
