Execution of construction works in the office building of the Świebodzin Forest Inspectorate 1) The subject of the contract is construction works and investment works divided into two segments, i.e. segment A (inv. no. 105/27) and segment B (inv. no. 105/3293). The task includes construction works that increase the value of existing construction facilities and carrying out construction works inside the office building of the Świebodzin Forest Inspectorate (a building consisting of two segments, i.e. Part A – the old historic villa and Part B – the contemporary building built in 2019). The function of the entire facility is office space. a) As part of the construction works for segment A, the following must be carried out: (a) dismantling doors and door frames within the secretariat and installing new joinery; (b) local repairs of walls including priming, painting and wallpapering (with use of photo wallpapers made from photographs provided by the Contracting Authority) in the rooms indicated according to the design; (c) dismantling and re-installation in designated locations (according to the design) of information boards in communication corridors; (d) installation of an…
